The INSPIRE 2017 Conference is about to start – on 4-5 September in Kehl, Germany – and 6-8 September the activities are moving to the Strasbour (France) Convention & Exhibition Centre. A broad range of plenary speakers include Strasbourg Mayor Mr Roland Ries and State Secretary, Ministry of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany Mr Hans-Georg Engelke will be the first ones in the programme. In the  INSPIRE Conference programme, delegates can learn about work that actually has been done in the regions for territorial management, environment and eGovernment during the thematic plenary sessions. Of course, there will be sessions on INSPIRE and a Digital Europe dedicated to thinking out of the box and looking into the future during the Opening Plenary.

These are laying the ground for the conclusion on Friday – involving plenary sessions, workshops, thematic presentations and poster sessions. The theme will be ‘INSPIRE a digital Europe: Thinking out of the Box and this probably is the best invitation one could think of. It just leaves the question: will you take that invitation and register?
