GIS Professional welcomes professional contributions for publication in any forthcoming issue. This can be on a wide range of topics including GNSS, Big Data, Addressing, Emergency Services Mapping, Drone Surveys, BIM, Smart Cities and/or anything GIS related. We discourage academic articles and those written for a specific scientific audience, and papers focusing upon specific, commercial GIS products.
Before sending in an article, please ensure that it complies with our Features Guidelines
We would ask you please to read through these guidelines carefully. All material should be submitted in as complete a state as possible. Please send text and images separately by email.
Please email any contributions to Stephen Booth at firstname.lastname@example.org
All articles for publication are subject to review by our editor. After acceptance articles will be edited and checked for English language style and grammar. So a clearly comprehensible text is more important than perfect spelling or grammar. All material submitted to the publisher (Geomares Publishing UK) and relating to GIS Professional will be treated as unconditionally assigned for publication under copyright, subject to the editor’s unrestricted right to edit and offer editorial comment.
GIS Professional welcomes press releases from the GIS industry. These could features in either the News or Products and Services section of the magazine as well as on the website. Please email any contributions Jason Poole at email@example.com
