Bluesky Remote Sensing Data Improves Efficiency for WSP Smart Consulting

WSP, the global company providing management and consultancy services to the built and natural environment, is using a range of remotely sensed data from Bluesky to aid existing analysis and develop new techniques. Swanton Consulting has transformed the design of temporary works – such as façade and basement retention – using a software innovation that creates instant 3D models from laser scanner data. CartoConsult Pioneers GIS Innovation to Tackle Traffic Congestion

CartoConsult is to develop technology to reduce traffic congestion and improve transport services as part of a £4 million Department for Transport (DfT) initiative. After the first Council meeting of the year was held on 20th January 2017, The Association for Geographic Information (AGI) is delighted to confirm and congratulate the elected members of its Council for 2017.
