Geo-Tunis 2010 Conference
The Tunisian Association of Digital Geographical Information in cooperation with international scientific institutions organises the fifth session of the International Conference Geotunis 2010. The congress has as a theme ‘The use of GIS and remote sensing for sustainable development\' and will be held in the Elgazala Pole of Communication Technologies, in Tunis from 29th November to 3rd December 2010.
The Conference will present more than 200 scientific papers from 50 countries in 40 special scientific sessions and many practical workshops. They will be organised within the activities of the conference in cooperation of the major international scientific institutions, in addition to an international Salon of digital geographic technologies (international show) and scientific field trip to the Tunisian Desert.
