International Cartographic Conference, Spain

The International Cartographic Conference is organised to be held in A Coruña, Spain from 11 to 16 July.
The International Cartographic Conference is a global event dedicated to Geographic Information, bringing together the worldwide GIS research, Digital Cartography and GIS for Sustainable Development of Territories, Data Capture and Quality Assessment of Spatial Data, Cartography and Satellite Imagery for the Management of Natural Resources and the Environment, Internet Location-Based Services, Mobile Mapping and Navigation Systems, Navigation and Ocean Mapping, Cadastral Maps, Space and Time in GIS, Toponymy, etc. in a forum aiming at discussing the Cartographic world from a global perspective.


On-line registration for the exhibition is now open (from 1 January to 31 May) through the forms available at www.icc2005.org.


Companies such as ESRI, Intergraph, Hewlett Packard, Star Informatic, T-Kartor Sweden AB, Euroimage, SPOT Image, European Space Imaging, Aurensis, East View Cartographic, Lantmateriet - Sweden Survey, Serfocar, Summa, INTA, AENA, CNIG, la Armada Española, Indra Espacio, etc. will be meeting in A Coruña.
