Map Asia 2005

Map Asia 2005 is the 4th Annual Asian Conference and Exhibition in the field of geographic information technologies like GIS, GPS, Aerial Photography, Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry. It will feature an expanded slate of Plenary Sessions, Keynote Sessions, Technical Sessions, Seminars and an Industry exhibition showcasing the latest in Geo-Spatial technology. The Theme of Map Asia 2005 is "Empowering people through Geospatial Information". Sub Themes of the conference are Regional Cooperation and Disaster Management.

Map Asia 2005 invites participants to submit abstracts for the conference. The Abstract of an intended full paper for the conference should not exceed 200 words and should gist the key areas and concept to be addressed in the paper. The abstract should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper.
